NovaLens – Terms & Conditions of Service

By scheduling or receiving service from NovaLens, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Service Overview

  • NovaLens provides professional headlight restoration services intended to improve the clarity and appearance of vehicle headlights. Results may vary depending on the condition, age, and prior damage to the headlights.

Pre-Existing Condition

  • Customer acknowledges that headlights may have pre-existing damage including, but not limited to, cracks, deep scratches, internal haze, oxidation, UV damage, or prior restoration attempts. NovaLens is not responsible for correcting damage beneath the surface or damage that cannot be safely removed through restoration.

Limitation of Liability

  • NovaLens is not liable for any damage, defects, or issues with the vehicle, headlights, surrounding paint, trim, or components that may occur during or after the service. While all care is taken to protect the vehicle, the customer accepts full responsibility and agrees to proceed at their own risk.

Customer Acknowledgment

  • By agreeing to service, the customer confirms they understand the restoration process and potential limitations, and they consent to the work being performed under these conditions.

Warranty (2-Year Coverage)

  • NovaLens offers a 2-year limited warranty covering reoccurring oxidation or fogging of the treated headlight surface.

This warranty includes:

  • Re-treatment of headlights affected by oxidation or fogging within the warranty period

  • This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage (cracks, rock chips, accidents)

  • Improper care or neglect

  • Harsh chemical exposure

  • Damage caused by automatic car washes, pressure washing at close range, or environmental factors beyond normal wear

  • Warranty claims must be approved by NovaLens and may require inspection.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. NovaLens accepts approved payment methods and reserves the right to refuse service if payment cannot be completed.

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Customers are expected to provide accurate scheduling information. NovaLens reserves the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

Satisfaction Commitment

  • NovaLens strives to deliver high-quality results. Any concerns must be brought to attention immediately upon completion of service.

By proceeding with service, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
